We first discovered Sandpoint, Idaho in 2008 on a chance trip to visit a friend. Something about this place stuck with us—the lake, the mountains, the trees, and the way life just felt different here. Three years later, we packed up our family in Alaska and made the move. It turned out to be the best decision we ever made.

Here, we found our forever home. The beautiful mountains, pristine waters of Lake Pend Oreille, and the towering pines all around us create a backdrop we never take for granted. With four amazing seasons, each one brings something new to enjoy—whether it’s summer on the lake, fall colors in the mountains, or snowy winter mornings.

More than the scenery, it’s the people that make this place special. Sandpoint is a community where neighbors look out for each other, where friendly faces are never far, and where country living still means something.

This town has given our family so much, and we look forward to helping you enjoy this little piece of heaven just like we do.
